RYBREVANT® is an infusion given into your vein through an IV (intravenous) line. LAZCLUZE™ is a pill taken once a day on your own schedule.
- You’ll be given RYBREVANT® at your doctor’s office or an infusion center.
- Your doctor will decide how many infusions you will receive, the time between infusions, and the appropriate amount of medicine in each infusion (based on your body weight).
- Your doctor will also give you other medicines before infusions to help reduce the risk of , such as allergy medicine, a fever reducer, and a steroid.
- Your doctor will start you on medicine to prevent blood clots for the first 4 months of treatment.
- On days when you are receiving RYBREVANT®, take your LAZCLUZE™ pill before receiving your RYBREVANT® infusion.

With or without food
LAZCLUZE™ is a 240-mg once-a-day pill. Swallow LAZCLUZE™ pills whole. Do not crush, cut, or chew the pills.
- If you miss a pill and it has been less than 12 hours, take the missed pill. If it has been more than 12 hours, skip the pill and take your next pill at your regularly scheduled time.
- If you vomit a dose of LAZCLUZE™, do not take an extra dose. Take your next dose at your regularly scheduled time.
- Take LAZCLUZE™ exactly as your doctor tells you to take it.
