RYBREVANT® is an infusion given into your vein through an intravenous (IV) line

    You’ll be given at your doctor’s office or an infusion center

    Your doctor will decide how many you will receive, the time between doses, and the appropriate dose of each RYBREVANT® infusion based on your body weight

    Your doctor will give you other medicines before each dose of RYBREVANT® to help reduce the risk of . These medicines include allergy medicine, a fever reducer, and a steroid

    Your doctor will also start you on medicine to prevent blood clots for the first 4 months of treatment

    On days you are receiving a RYBREVANT® infusion, take LAZCLUZE™ before receiving your infusion.

Take LAZCLUZE™ exactly as your doctor tells you.

  • Swallow the LAZCLUZE™ pill whole. Do not crush, cut, or chew the pill
  • If you miss a pill and it has been less than 12 hours, take the missed pill. If it has been more than 12 hours, skip the pill and take your next pill at your regularly scheduled time
  • If you vomit a dose of LAZCLUZE™, do not take an extra dose. Take your next dose at your regularly scheduled time

Tell your care team how you’re feeling so they can adjust your treatment and find what works best for you.

Your healthcare provider may pause, decrease your dose, or stop your treatment depending on side effects you may have. Learn more about the possible side effects here.
